 We are currently seeking profesionals to be part of the new operation team 

1. Maintenance Supervisor
•   High school diploma plus additional specialized training (University/Technical degree preferred); minimum four years maintenance experience in a chemical/petrochemical plant, plus three years supervisory experience
•   Knowledge and ability of Maintenance Crafts
•   Knowledge in areas such as confined space entry, lockout / tagout, hotwork permitting, etc.  
•   Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance   
•   Reading and interpreting Blueprint and technical drawings   
•   Ability to gather, analyze and draw well-reasoned conclusions  
•   Understanding of General Manufacturing Process
•   Knowledge and ability in Accident / Near Miss Investigation / Reporting procedures
•   Knowledge of Environmental Awareness

2. Mechanical Technician
•   Diploma/certificate in Mechanical Engineering
•   Minimum of Two years experience in manufacturing environment
•   Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and data base management
•   Proficient in English both speaking and writing
•   Independent, mature, friendly and hard working
•   Desirable to have experience in computer processing and PC knowledge

3. Instrument /Electrical  Technician
•   Diploma/certificate in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
•   Minimum of Two years experience in manufacturing environment
•   Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and data base management
•   Proficient in English both speaking and writing
•   Independent, mature, friendly and hard working
•   Desirable to have experience in computer processing and PC knowledge

4. Quality Supervisor
•   College Diploma or equivalent with basic knowledge in Chemistry.
•   1-3 years relevant experience is an advantage.
•   Basic knowledge in analytical techniques, chemical-handling and laboratory procedures. Knowledge in ISO standards is a plus.
•   Manual dexterity, accuracy and attention to details. 
•   Ability to troubleshoot and solve problem.
•   Written, verbal communication and active listening skills in English. Computer Literate. Ability to read and interpret complex operating instructions. Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-based environment.
•   Excellent organization skills in order to complete various sample tests simultaneously.
•   Flexibility in performing changing assignments and work schedules.

 We are excited to announce that Cabot Corporation is building new specialty compounds facility in Cilegon, Indonesia. The new facility is co-located with Cabot’s existing carbon black manufacturing site and will add 20,000 metric tons of annual global capacity for specialty compounds, including black masterbatch and conductive compounds. It is expected that the facility will be operational at the end of 2022.
