Have +14 Years of experience as a Mechanical / Pipeline Supervisor in Oil & Gas sector of construction for different piping systems, Heavy steel structure and equipment connections. Have extensive working experience of pigging in Offshore & Onshore. Possess supervising and co-ordination skills in Oil & Gas plants, Petroleum refineries, Pipelines, Workshop and Fabrication yard. Worked in GAIL India Ltd for +10 years as Mechanical/Pipeline Supervisor on their JLPL LPG Pipeline network. Able to play major role in Fabrication, erection and plant shutdown Project and also have significant success in the field execution. I have also demonstrated my skills and ability to interact well with others.

Responsibility:-
1. Conduct ILI and cleaning runs in Oil/Gas pipeline including Launching & Receiving of tools, tracking of tool at each SV station.
2. Experienced in doing pigging at Offshore & Onshore.
3. Proficient in executing & handling Gauge, Cleaning, EGP, MFL, TFI & UT tools.
4. Refurbishment & preparation of ILI & non ILI tools as per drawing & configuration.
5. Site survey and report preparation prior to ILI execution before/after awarding the projects.
6. Gauge & Cleaning run assessment report preparation.
Projects Executed:-
1. Pigging (ILI & Cleaning) of 4’’, 6’’, 10”, 12’’, 14”, 16”, 18’’, 20”, 36’’ diameter P/L.
2. ILI inspections of Product/Crude Oil, Natural gas, LPG, Water injection Pipelines of GAIL, BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, CAIRN customers.

Duration: Aug. 2007 to Aug. 2018
Responsibility:-
1. Perform cleaning runs in GAIL LPG pipelines including Launching & Receiving of tools, tracking of tool at each SV station. Dia 08”, 10”, 14”, 16”.
2. Maintenance of Valve Performance & testing of Actuator Valves at SV stations.
3. Coating & Repair of LPG Pipelines. Ensure Pipeline safety by close Monitoring Pipelines ROW by regular physical survey & monitoring.
4. Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment’s such as LPG Pumps, Fire Water Engine Pumps, DG set & Valves Maintenance.
5. Pump-Motor maintenance and installation alignment by setting the axial & radial centring and installing various types of mechanical seals, checking the bearing clearance, checking axial float and run out.
6. Supervise Pipeline hot tapping work and equipment erection work.
