Positions

Requirements

1.Team Leader

Degree/Diploma with 15-20 years experience and 10+ years in O&G industry with previous ADNOC project experience is mandatory.

API 588, ASME, CSWIP, ASNT, NACE/BGAS Level 2, ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor and field audit experience in projects.

2.QCI - Piping/Welding & NDT & AUT+PAUT

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years’ experience.

ASME B31.3, API 570, CSWIP 3.1, 3.2 or AWS CWI, ASNT Level 2 OR ASNT Level III in RT, MT, PT & UT, and PCN certification in AUT

Auto UT training records to be submitted. Knowledge in B31.3 is mandatory.

Experience in inspection of Piping installation, leak testing, prefabrication, walkdown and test packs clearance, punching, reinstatement of piping systems, Welding, installation and testing of CS/SS/Incoloy/Cladded piping. Experience in review / interpretation of RT, PMI, MPT, LPT, PAUT results and evaluation of PAUT of Piping welds in two projects.

3.QCI - Coating, Painting and insulation 

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering with 10 years’ experience. NACE- Level 2/ BGAS-Level 2

4.QCI - Electrical

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 10 years’ experience

Shall have working knowledge of National Electric code / NFPA 70.

5.QCI - Instrumentation

Degree/Diploma in Instrumentation/control Engineering with 10 years’ experience.

6.QCI - Mechanical (Static)

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years’ experience and API 510 certification.

7.QCI - Mechanical (Rotating)

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years’ experience.

8.QCI - Civil (Building & Structural)

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 years’ experience.

Knowledge of ACI, BS, AWS D1.1 and ASTM Standards.
