We are looking for candidates (from Malaysia and Indonesia) with backgrounds in Polypropylene plants particularly in (Spheripol and Spherizone Technology by LyondellBasell).

• Supervise, review and monitor all aspects of Operations and liaise closely with interfacing departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations and total reliability of the plant
• Ensure compliance and commitment to EHSS and regulatory requirements within plant assigned area.
• Monitor any deviations in normal operations activities and trouble shoot operational problems in order to generate quick and prompt decisions making solutions to resolve operating problems and meet the shift production targets
• Evaluate work procedures and standards deployed at work sites to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Facilitate, monitor and ensure proper actions are taken based on approved standard operating procedures for the safe shutdown and start up in specific areas of the plant
• Constantly communicate, coordinate and provide feedback to the Manager to ensure smooth operations
• Organize, schedule and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure all work is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner
• Train, guide and coach all staff using the standard training manual to ensure all staff are trained to meet the highest standards of proficiency and meet objectives
