PROJECT/SITE MANAGER
Minimum requirement: A relevant qualification in project management, coupled with 5 years of work experience in a technical industry/environment.
 
SAFETY OFFICER
Minimum requirement: A SAMTRAC qualification or a National Diploma in safety management or an equivalent to the above mentioned, with at least 3 years of work experience.
 
MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
Red Seal Trade Test certificate with N2/N3 (Mechanical Fitter), with proven 4 years of work experience in a Supervisory position.
 
HOT WORK SUPERVISOR
N4 with Trade Test and more than 5 years of experience in a Supervisory level position.
 
MECHANICAL FITTERS & MACHINIST/TURNER:
Red Seal Trade Test certificate with N2/N3 (Mechanical Fitter and Machinist) and 3 years of work experience.
 
PIPEFITTERS & BOILER MAKERS
Recognised apprenticeship with a trade test certificate and 5 years of work experience.
 
WELDERS
Double-coded pipe welders that have been coded previously on stainless steel, aluminium, carbon steel and worked on high-pressure piping and familiar with MIG, SMAW and GTAW processes with 5 years of work experience.
 
SENIOR TECHNICIAN
B-Tech/National Diploma or SAIW Level 1, preferably level 2 with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
 
TECHNICIANS
Minimum requirements: A National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of working experience OR SAIW Level
 
DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Grade 12 with 5 years’ experience and must be computer literate.
 
TEAM LEADER for ARTISANS
Apprenticeship completed with 10 years’ experience as a welder or pipefitter.
 
TEAM LEADER for SEMI SKILLED
Grade 12 with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the maintenance environment
 
ENGINEERING ASSISTANT
Grade 12 or diploma with 10 years’ experience.
 
STORES CONTROLLER
Grade 12 with 5 years’ experience in stock control and materials management and must be computer literate.
 
ASSISTANTS/SEMI SKILLED/STOREMAN
Minimum requirements:  Grade 10 with 2 years of working experience in an industrial setting.
 
 
KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS
Problem Solving/Proactive/Shows Initiative
Good communication skills/Punctual/Team Player/Positive Attitude
Good Health to pass Occupational Medical Test /  No active criminal record/Free of substance abuse.
Promote safe work practices and Incident/injury prevention activities
Computer literate for the respective positions
