 US based prefabrication company located in AbubDhabi (Mussafah ICAD III) looking for “!Welding Engineer, QC Inspector, QA Engineer, QA Engineer & Painting Inspector

1.Welding Engineer

Qualification: Master’s degree in Welding Engineering or Material Science and Engineering and minimum two years related experience.
2-3 years related experience
Perform Contract Review, Review Customer Specifications and Code restrictions and develop Weld procedures specific to the project requirement.
Oversee & guide Welding Inspectors for Codes, Standards and Customer requirements, assist in preparing Weld Procedures.
Qualify Welders and Welding Operators per ASME Section IX/AWS D1.1 and Customer requirements.

2.QC Inspector

Qualification : Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
min. 5 years of experience after their certification specifically in OIL AND GAS PROJECTS.
AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1.
Shall be fully familiar with MS Office and Any type of welding / inspection management system
Shall have capacity to take the responsibility of welding / inspection management software.

3.QA Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
Shall have a valid lead audit certification according to ISO 9001:2015
Min. 10 years of experience in QA including QC
Min. 3 Years of experience in internal / Sub Contractor audit
Shall have experience in preparation of Quality Manuals, ITPs, Fabrication, and Inspection Procedures, well versed with MS office, sound knowledge in Excel formulas and V Look up etc.
Shall be experienced in preparations of Power Point Presentations and Dash bords / Graphs using various QC Data.

4.QC Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1.
Min 5 years in Oil and Gas field Piping fabrication
Shall be fully familiar with MS Office and Any type of welding / inspection management system
Shall be very fluent in English and with good communication skill
Shall have capacity to take the responsibility of welding / inspection management software.

5.Coating/Painting Inspector

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferable.
NACE 2 or B GAS CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 2.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Coating / Painting Inspector.
Prepare Painting ITP and Procedures.
Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment.
Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and send non-conformances reports to Quality Control Manager, follow up and close out NCRs.
