Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and site activities in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Ensure that construction projects are executed within budget and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers to plan construction schedules, allocate resources, and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Monitor and report on project progress, identify delays or obstacles, and propose solutions.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to construction activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in the oil and gas industry.
In-depth knowledge of Oil and Gas construction processes, equipment, and safety standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
