 PT. Wasa Mitra Engineering operates in the field of construction services and is currently seeking competent and experienced Construction Supervisors for the following areas of expertise to join us on a Geothermal project:

1. Mechanical Supervisor
2. Piping Supervisor
3. Electrical Supervisor
4. Instrument Supervisor
5. Rigging Supervisor
6. Scaffolding Supervisor

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction activities of the geothermal project, ensuring that the project runs according to schedule, budget, and established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the construction team in implementing work according to the project plan.
- Overseeing daily activities on-site, including the installation of geothermal equipment and related infrastructure.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards in all construction aspects.
- Effectively communicating with project management teams, engineers, and other relevant parties.
- Monitoring construction quality and ensuring that work meets technical specifications.
- Responding to project changes and challenges with effective solutions.
- Ensuring the project runs according to the established schedule and budget.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working as a Supervisor on geothermal projects.
- Understanding of safety standards and environmental regulations related to geothermal projects.
- Good leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate computers (Ms Word and Excel).
