Applus+ has been invited to bid for the SEA LOT 1 FWC project: "Update of the Confidential Cost Estimate for Emission Reduction Works at TPP Kosovo at current market conditions" (SEA-2023-27982) 🔥🌍

OBJECTIVE, PURPOSE, AND EXPECTED RESULTS

🎯 Global Objective: Support Kosovo in complying with the Energy Community Treaty (ECT) requirements. Ensure that the Kosovo B Thermal Power Plant operates in line with the Large Combustion Plant (LCP) and Industrial Emission (IE) Directives regarding Dust and NOx emissions.

🎯 Specific Objective: Provide the Government of Kosovo and the Contracting Authority with an updated Confidential Cost Estimate (CCE) for Dust and NOx reduction measures at TPP Kosovo B, Units B1 and B2. This will inform the additional budget needed for the Works.

📍 Location: Kosovo (Remote work from home)

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for experts in the following domains:
🔧 Boiler Engineer/Expert
🏗️ Civil Engineer
⚙️ Mechanical Engineer
💡 Electrical Engineer
🔍 Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Expert

The team should have experience in:
- PRAG contracts
- Lignite-fired Thermal Power Plants
- Site/construction activities, including commissioning procedures
- Electrical, civil, and mechanical fields in thermal power plants (specifically electrostatic precipitators, ash handling systems, boilers, combustion processes, and DeNOx)
