▪ Provide Engineering Review, and Consultant Services during GC Stage 4 and overlap with the current ongoing on-site construction
▪ Prepare and maintain design-related documents and records during the construction phase. This may include updating the SD registers, RFI Registers, FCR/FCD Registers, Minutes of Meeting, and other relevant documentation as required and as requested by the Employer.
▪ Maintain continuity of the design from the design Stage 3, through Stage 4
▪ Responses to RFIs, NCRs, FCR/FCDs, etc
▪ Main assets for the project scope are 4/5 Star Hotel, Extended Apartments & Public Areas, basements, Service Facilities (Health Clinic, Health Care, Civil Defense, Police Station) Retail and Dining, Worship Places, Commercial Recreation Area and SV Building Maintenance System
