Good Day! TeamworX Indonesia currently looking for highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team for an ongoing Power Plant Project located in Batam. If you have a strong background in the Power Plant Construction and are ready to contribute your expertise, we’d love to hear from you!
 
Open Positions:
1. Project Manager
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale power plant projects
- Proven leadership, budget management, and scheduling skills
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle from engineering to commissioning
 
2. Electrical Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power plant electrical systems
- Proficient in electrical design, installation supervision, and testing
- Familiar with international standards and codes
 
3. Instrument & Control (I&C) Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in I&C systems within power plant projects
- Knowledge in DCS, PLCs, instrumentation installation, and control loop checks
- Able to interpret and develop I&C drawings and documentation
 
4. CSA Engineer (Civil, Structural, Architectural)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CSA scope for power plant or industrial projects
- Skilled in reviewing drawings, BOQ, site execution, and quality control
- Strong coordination with construction and engineering teams
 
5. Quality Control (QC) Engineer
- Minimum 5 years of QC experience in power plant construction
- Experienced in preparing inspection and test plans (ITP), quality documentation, and handling third-party inspections
- Familiar with ISO standards and construction quality assurance procedures
