I have been mandated to identify and present profiles for the following roles to my client.

1. Associate Director (MEP) (preferably DC exp). Say 15-20 years total exp. Must be hands on overseeing MEP team in design development.

2. Principal Electrical Engineer (preferably DC exp). Say 10-15 years total exp. Must be hands on design experienced.

3. Principal Mechanical Engineer (preferably DC exp). Say 10-15 years total exp. Must be hands on design experienced.

4. Controls & Instrument Engineer. Or if difficult to find, change the heading to Instrumentation Engineer or Automation Engineer. Say 5-10 years total exp. Must be hands on design experienced.

5. Security Engineer. Say 5-10 years total exp. Must be hands on design experienced.

6. Senior C&S Engineer. With a focus and experience of Civil Infra or Structural (RC/Steel). Say 7-10 years total exp. Must be hands on design experienced.
