Job Responsibilities:
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical & Instrumentation systems as per project specifications and drawings.
Coordinate with construction and QA/QC teams for E&I activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Prepare method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
Ensure strict adherence to ADNOC standards and safety protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely progress of work.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Prior experience working in ADNOC projects is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of E&I drawings, loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
Ability to join immediately or within short notice.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations, standards, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant HSE discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in a lead HSE role on EPC/EPCM projects.
- ADNOC project experience would be preferred.
- Certification in NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent is required.
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, UAE legal HSE requirements, and international best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.
