Following the successful integration of our first batch of trainees during the Pre-Ops phase, we are now moving forward—one year into our operations—with the recruitment of the 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐬 for the following positions:

Data Base Analyst (Only for Locals)

Offshore Electrical Technician Trainee (Only for Locals)

Offshore Instrument Technician Trainee (Only for Locals)

Offshore Mechanical Technician Trainee (Only for Locals)

Offshore Production Operator Trainee (Only for Locals)

 
Once selected, these trainees will undergo an intensive six-month training program, developed in collaboration with INPG | Institut National du Pétrole et du Gaz. This program will include one month of training in France, followed by further development upon their return to Senegal.
After completing this 6-month initial training, the trainees will begin their onboard assignments on the FPSO Leopold Sedar Senghor (LSS), where they will continue learning and developing their competencies alongside their respective teams offshore.
 
This initiative is a key part of our commitment to developing 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 and supporting the long-term success of our operations. It also demonstrates our ongoing compliance with Local Content Secrétariat Technique du Comité National de Suivi du Contenu Local (ST-CNSCL) Hydrocarbures & Mines requirements, ensuring that we contribute meaningfully to the growth and empowerment of the national workforce.
