We are assembling a talent pool for an upcoming international fabrication project based in Vietnam. Although the award is still pending, we are proactively sourcing experienced field personnel to support yard operations, module assembly, and quality assurance.
 
Location: Vietnam
Project Type: Modular Construction/Heavy Fabrication/Green Energy
Contract Type: Project-based (subject to award confirmation)
Estimated Duration: 1 year ++
Estimate Start Date: Q1-Q2 2026
 
Positions Available:
- Structural Supervisors and Superintendents
- Piping Supervisors and Superintendents
- Mechanical Static & Rotating Supervisors and Superintendents
- Civil & Structural Supervisors
- Painting & Coating Supervisors
- Electrical & Instrument (IECEx) Supervisors
- HSE Supervisors
- Admins/Project Secretary
 
Requirements:
- Minimum 12-15 years’ experience in fabrication yards or EPC projects in a related position
- Valid competency certificate in the related position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, AWS, API)
- Vietnamese nationals preferred
