PT Agro Murni is currently opening job vacancies for the following positions: 

1. Barge Escort Operator

- Minimum education Diploma (D3) / Bachelor (S1) relevant major
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the shipping sector, preferably in the palm oil industry
- Experienced in handling escort operations, anchor legos, and loading and unloading
- Understand the basics of navigation and cruise safety
- Capable of operating marine communication equipment (VHF RADIO, AIS, GPS)
- Mastering the SOP procedure for escorting tugboats
- Understand ISPS Code regulations and occupational safety standards (K3)
- Able to prepare operational reports
- Preferably have an ISPS Code certificate
- Have good communication skills and be able to work in a team
- Willing to work with shift systems

2. Instrument Control Technician

- Minimum education Diploma (D3) / Bachelor (S1) relevant major
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in the palm oil industry
- Mastering electrical, wiring, and cable termination schemes
- Skilled in using multimeters, clamp meters, and meggers
- Able to troubleshoot motor control, VFD, PLC, and SCADA
- Mastering instrumentation, PLC, and DCS
- Thorough, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Have good time management (especially for emergency repairs)
- Good communication and being able to work together in a team
- Willing to work in a shift system
- Have certification (being an added value)

3. Tank Farm Operator

- Minimum high school/vocational education
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in the palm oil industry
- Understand K3 regulations and occupational safety procedures
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Have good communication skills
- Willing to work with shift systems

4. Refinery/Operator Ffractionation

- Minimum high school/vocational education
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in the palm oil industry
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Have good communication skills
- Willing to work with shift systems

5. Boiler Operator

- Minimum high school/vocational education
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in the palm oil industry
- Preferably have a Steam Aircraft SIO
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Have good communication skills
- Willing to work with shift systems

6. Weighbridge Executive

- Minimum education of Bachelor (S1) in relevant majors
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the palm oil industry
- Thorough, critical thinking, and able to solve problems effectively
- Have good time management skills
- Good communication and being able to work together in a team
