🔹 AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1️⃣ ROVER OPERATOR (NFE / NFS)
💰 Gross Salary: 5,250 QAR
> Diploma in Chemical/Process Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience in petrochemical, refinery, gas processing, or LNG/GTL operations. Responsible for field operation of assigned project start-up units, monitoring plant performance, and ensuring safe and efficient process continuity. Must possess strong process understanding, PTW knowledge, and ability to read P&IDs accurately.

2️⃣ PANEL OPERATOR (Control Room Operator)
💰 Gross Salary: 6,250 QAR
> Diploma in Chemical/Process Engineering or equivalent with 7+ years’ control room experience in LNG, refinery, or petrochemical plants. Monitor and control process and utility operations from DCS to maintain stability and reliability.
Must have expert proficiency in DCS/SCADA, strong troubleshooting skills, and effective communication under pressure.

3️⃣ SENIOR OPERATOR
💰Gross Salary: 7,750 QAR
> Diploma in Chemical/Process Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years’ experience, including 3 years as Senior/Lead Field Operator. Assist Shift Supervisor and Panel Operator in coordinating field activities, guiding Rover Operators, and ensuring proactive plant operations. Strong in troubleshooting, leadership, and PTW/isolation procedures.

4️⃣ SHIFT SUPERVISOR (Operations)
💰 Gross Salary: 10,250 QAR
> Diploma in Chemical/Process Engineering with 10+ years’ experience, including 3–5 years in supervisory roles in LNG/refinery/petrochemical operations. Supervise and manage all operational activities during the shift to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. Expert in plant processes, DCS systems, safety management, and decision-making under pressure.
