Mandatory offshore experience
High school diploma for non-senior roles
Job-specific vocational training for non-senior roles
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering for senior and leadership roles
Ability to work in a high-risk offshore environment
Strong safety awareness and compliance with operational procedures
