📍 Location: Batam, Indonesia
 
🔎 OPEN POSITIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assistant Manager – Commercial, Estimation & Invoicing (Yacht Ship Repair & Refit Projects)- Open for multi country
• Manage cost estimation, job costing, and commercial control
• Prepare progress billing, variation orders, and final invoices
• Monitor project margins and commercial risks
 
2. Assistant Manager – Newbuilding & Special Projects (Open for multi country)
• Support execution of newbuilding and conversion projects
• Monitor schedule, milestones, invoicing, and cost performance
• Coordinate with owner, class, and internal teams
 
3. Commercial Executive – Estimation & Invoicing
• Handle RFQs, tender preparation, and proposal submission
• Develop cost estimates and cash flow projections
• Support invoicing milestones and variation documentation
 
4. Assistant Manager – Mechanical
• Supervise mechanical repair, installation, and maintenance works
• Ensure compliance with class standards and safety procedures
• Coordinate inspections and technical troubleshooting
 
5. Senior Engineer – Mechanical
• Provide technical leadership for mechanical engineering activities
• Review drawings, specifications, and engineering standards
• Support commissioning, testing, and problem-solving on projects
 
6. Mechanical Inspector (QA)
• Conduct inspections on mechanical and HVAC systems
• Ensure compliance with drawings, inspection plans, and class rules
• Support QA/QC documentation and final inspections
 
7. Assistant Manager – Purchasing (Proficiency ERP System or SAP)
• Lead procurement activities for shipbuilding and repair projects
• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and delivery performance
• Monitor purchasing cost control and procurement planning
 
💼 IDEAL BACKGROUND
✔️ Experience in shipyard / marine / offshore industries
✔️ Strong technical, engineering, commercial, or procurement expertise
✔️ Familiar with shipbuilding or repair project environments
✔️ Able to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven operations
