Key Requirements
·        Engineering Positions: B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline
·        Supervisor Roles: Diploma in Engineering
·        Experience: 5 to 15+ years (depending on role)
·        Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
o   Oil & Gas
o   Refineries
o   Petrochemical Plants
o   Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Projects
Specific Experience Criteria
·        Project Manager: Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years leading refinery projects
·        Engineers (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrument): 8–10 years of refinery project experience
·        Safety Roles: Experience in oil fields, refineries, or petrochemical safety
·        Draftsmen / CAD Operators: Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience in process industries
