General Requirements for Applicants
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI), Physically and spiritually healthy.
- Have a minimum of 5 (five) years of work experience in the position applied for.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, - - Refinery, EPC, Power Plant, Mining, or similar industries is preferred.
- Have education, competencies, and qualifications that are in accordance with the position being applied for.
- Superintendents, Supervisors and Senior Positions must be able to speak English.
- Willing to be placed in all project work areas according to the company's needs.
- Have a certificate of competence, expertise, or license according to the position applied for and is still valid.
- Able to operate computers and basic office applications (specifically for staff, engineer, supervisor, superintendent, and officer positions).
- Willing to participate in the company's selection process, including document verification, interviews, competency tests, and Medical Check Up (MCU).
