Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
* Artisans must hold a Red Seal qualification.
* Engineers must hold a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
* Private college graduates (e.g., Eduvos) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering will be classified as Technician Plus (eligible for Technician or Junior Engineer roles).
Experience:
* Minimum 1–2 years of work experience (in-service training accepted).
* Preferred industries: FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical.
Language:
* Due to the positions being in the Netherlands, candidates MUST be able to ****speak, read, write, and communicate 100% in Afrikaans.****
* Commitment to learning Dutch quickly is required.
Age & Demographics:
* Strong preference for candidates UNDER 28 YEARS OLD.
* Senior roles may consider candidates up to 36 years old.
* Preference for single candidates due to housing and relocation realities.
Other Requirements:
* Clear criminal record.
* Valid passport (or willingness to obtain immediately at own cost).
* Willingness to relocate and work anywhere in the Netherlands.
* Flexibility to start at technician level with growth pathway.
Work & Visa Conditions
* Shift Work: Candidates must be comfortable with 2-, 3-, or 5-shift rotation systems, including nights and weekends.
* Visa Salary Thresholds (IND):
* Under 30 years: €4,357 gross/month (approx. R78,426).
* 30 years and older: €5,942 gross/month (approx. R106,956).
* Strong preference for candidates under 28 years old due to affordability of visa sponsorship.
Benefits Package
* 2-year full-time contract (40 hours/week), transitioning to client thereafter
