Recently I accepted a new role at Cargill as the Value Engineering Leader in our North American Capital Capability Center (CCC). The CCC manages and executes a multi-billion USD capital engineering project portfolio across Cargill's Business Units in North America. To help enable our projects success, we are building out a Value Engineering Team of subject matter experts across various engineering disciplines to assist the portfolio. 
 
As a member of the North America Capital Capability Center Value Engineering Team, you will work with fellow discipline engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure that Cargill’s Minimum Standard of Care for engineering standards is met across the portfolio of projects. Additionally, as a Subject Matter Expert, you will help influence and maintain Cargill’s Engineering Standards in collaboration with SMEs across Cargill.
